1. Operator

555.com.au is operated by Nickon Enterprises Pty Ltd, ABN 83 113 927 432. By using the website you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. What 555 is

555 is a media, discovery and technology network. It can present LIVE streams, replays, shows, business profiles, products, services, offers, property content and links to participating businesses or specialist sites such as 999.com.au.

Unless a page clearly says otherwise, 555 is not the seller, retailer, real estate agent, payment processor, delivery provider or contracting party for products, services or property displayed by participating businesses.

3. Direct transactions

Where 555 sends you to a participating business, the final transaction, booking or enquiry is between you and that business. The business is responsible for final price, stock or availability, product/service claims, checkout, payment, delivery or performance, returns, refunds, warranties, consumer guarantees and customer service.

4. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

5. Accuracy and LIVE status

We aim to identify LIVE content only when a real stream is active and to distinguish upcoming content and replays. Information can change quickly. Users should confirm price, availability, property information, event details and offer conditions with the relevant provider before acting.

6. External sites and participating businesses

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and direct interaction. We do not control every third-party site and are not responsible for its separate terms, privacy practices or security. Inclusion on 555 does not by itself amount to an endorsement or guarantee.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person or business, scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the service without permission, or use 555 to infringe another person’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

555 branding, original design, software, text and original media are owned by or licensed to us. Participating businesses and creators retain ownership of their own brands and content, subject to any licence they grant us to display or promote it.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of 555. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features described as future, pilot or planned may change or may not launch.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by your reliance on third-party business information, third-party websites or a transaction between you and an independent participating provider. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will apply prospectively from publication unless law requires otherwise.
