Aussie Coins / Rewards Terms

1. What Aussie Coins are

Aussie Coins are promotional loyalty points used within eligible 555 offers and rewards. They are not cryptocurrency, not money, not a bank deposit, not an investment product and not a payment card or stored-value cash account.

2. No cash value

Aussie Coins have no cash withdrawal value and cannot be redeemed for cash from 555. They are not transferable or saleable unless a specific future program rule expressly permits a limited transfer.

3. Launch phase

The current 555 launch may show reward concepts or partner-funded offers before a full member wallet is active. A user does not acquire a points balance merely because a future feature is described on the site.

4. Earning points

When earning is active, a campaign or activity will state how many points can be earned, any eligibility requirements and when points are credited. Eligible activities may include selected LIVE participation, referrals, competitions, surveys, partner campaigns or other stated activities.

5. Redeeming rewards

A reward will state the number of points required and any important conditions. Availability can be limited. A partner-funded reward may also be subject to the participating business’s lawful terms.

6. Expiry and changes

If points or a particular reward have an expiry date, that expiry should be disclosed before or when the relevant points are issued or the reward is offered. We will not represent points as permanent if an expiry or material limitation applies.

7. Errors and misuse

We may correct genuine technical or accounting errors. We may suspend or reverse points obtained through fraud, abuse, duplicate activity, automated manipulation or a breach of program rules, acting reasonably and subject to applicable law.

8. Participating partners

Where a reward is supplied by an independent business, that business is responsible for supplying the advertised benefit and for its own products, services and consumer obligations. 555 is responsible for its own representations and conduct.

9. Competitions

Competitions, prize draws or games of chance are separate from ordinary loyalty points and may require their own terms, permits or eligibility rules. A competition will not be governed only by these Rewards Terms where separate conditions are required.

10. Privacy and marketing

Personal information used for My 555 and rewards is handled in accordance with the 555 Privacy Policy. Marketing communications remain subject to the consent and unsubscribe choices associated with My 555.

11. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Future program changes

As the program develops, we may add account balances, reward history, new earning methods or partner offers. Before activating a full points wallet, we may publish additional rules explaining account security, expiry, corrections and redemption in more detail.
