555 STUDIOS

555 Agreements & Collaboration Structure

How We Work With Producers, Brands, Sponsors, Clients and Channel Partners

555.com.au is operated by Nickon Enterprises Pty Ltd.

The 555 platform includes two separate but connected areas:

  1. 555 Studio — our production and digital services studio
  2. The 555 Channel Network — our themed online channels, shows, sponsors, products and marketplace opportunities

It is important to understand that the studio and the channels are not the same thing.

A person or business may work with us as a client, producer, presenter, brand, sponsor, marketplace seller, contractor, or channel partner. Each type of relationship is different, so each one may require a different agreement.

This page explains the main agreements we use and what each one is for.

1. 555 Studio Agreements

What is 555 Studio?

555 Studio is the production and digital services side of 555.com.au.

The studio provides services such as:

  • video production
  • livestream production

  • website design

  • marketplace setup
  • social media setup
  • content updates
  • online promotion
  • business presentation videos
  • digital marketing material
  • full brand launch support

Studio work requires time, staff, equipment, editing, planning and technical support.
For this reason, 555 Studio services have a cost.

Different clients may need different packages depending on what they want to create.

1.1 Video Production Services Agreement

This agreement is used when a client hires 555 Studio to create video content.

This may include:

  • promotional videos
  • business interviews
  • green screen videos
  • YouTube episodes
  • social media videos
  • product videos
  • livestream recordings
  • event filming
  • online course videos
  • show pilots

This agreement explains:

  • what the client is paying for
  • how many videos will be created
  • how many filming hours are included
  • how many edits or revisions are included
  • what the final delivery includes
  • when payment is required
  • who owns the final video
  • whether 555 can use the work in its portfolio
  • what happens if extra work is requested

This agreement is for studio clients, not channel partners.

This may include:

  • video editors
  • camera operators
  • social media managers
  • graphic designers

This agreement explains:

  • the work the contractor will do
  • how much they will be paid
  • when they will be paid
  • deadlines
  • confidentiality
  • ownership of work created
  • delivery of project files
  • use of 555 client information
  • non-solicitation of 555 clients

This protects 555, the client and the contractor.

2. 555 Channel Network Agreements

What is the 555 Channel Network?

The 555 Channel Network is a group of themed online channels.

Examples include:

  • sponsors
  • presenters
  • producers
  • product reviews
  • marketplace sales
  • special offers
  • loyalty rewards
  • brand collaborations
  • YouTube playlists
  • social media content

A channel is not automatically a free studio service.
If a show, producer, partner or brand needs studio production, editing, graphics, websites or promotion, these services may have a separate cost.

2.1 Channel Partnership Agreement

This agreement is used when a person or business becomes a partner in a specific channel.

For example:

  • a partner in Beauty Channel
  • a partner in Soccer Channel
  • a partner in Greek Channel

This agreement explains:

  • who the channel partners are
  • what percentage each partner has
  • who owns the domain name
  • who controls the website
  • who controls YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram
  • who pays for expenses
  • who is responsible for work
  • how decisions are made
  • how revenue is shared
  • what happens if a partner leaves
  • what happens if the channel stops
  • who owns the content and assets

This agreement is very important because a channel can include many future income streams.

2.2 Producer / Show Host Agreement

This agreement is used when a producer, presenter or host creates a show within the 555 Channel Network.

Examples:

  • a beauty show
  • a soccer show
  • a Greek community show
  • a cooking show
  • a health information show
  • a business interview show
  • a podcast

  • how many episodes will be created
  • where the show will be filmed

  • who pays for promotion
  • who finds guests
  • who finds sponsors
  • whether the producer is paid or receives revenue share
  • who owns the show content
  • where the content can be published
  • what happens if the producer stops

This agreement is for people who want to create shows inside the 555 network.

2.3 Talent Release Form

This may include:

  • guests
  • presenters
  • models
  • singers
  • experts
  • business owners
  • customers
  • testimonial participants
  • people appearing in social media clips

The Talent Release Form gives 555 permission to use:

  • the person’s image
  • the person’s voice
  • the person’s name
  • their interview
  • their photos
  • their video clips
  • their appearance in promotional material

This permission may apply to:

  • YouTube
  • TikTok
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • 555.com.au
  • BeautyChannel.com.au
  • GreekChannel.com.au
  • SoccerChannel.com.au
  • sponsor videos
  • online ads
  • future compilations
  • social media promotions

This protects both 555 and the people appearing in the content.

2.4 Content Ownership & Licence Agreement

This agreement explains who owns the content and who is allowed to use it.

It may apply to:

  • videos
  • interviews
  • reels
  • shorts
  • podcasts
  • photos

  • music
  • show recordings
  • promotional clips

This agreement explains:

  • who owns the raw footage
  • who owns the edited video
  • who can publish the content
  • which platforms the content can be used on
  • whether 555 can reuse the content
  • whether clips can be made from the content
  • whether content can be used in advertising
  • whether the producer or partner can use the content separately
  • how long the licence lasts

This agreement is especially important for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and marketplace promotions.

3. Sponsor & Advertising Agreements

3.1 Sponsor / Advertising Agreement

This agreement is used when a business pays to advertise through 555 or through one of the channels.

Sponsors may appear in:

  • shows
  • livestreams
  • interviews
  • website banners
  • social media posts
  • YouTube descriptions
  • product segments
  • sponsored episodes
  • marketplace promotions
  • email campaigns
  • event promotions

This agreement explains:

  • the sponsor package
  • the cost
  • how many episodes are included
  • what the sponsor receives
  • whether a logo is included
  • whether an interview is included
  • whether social media posts are included
  • whether website links are included
  • when payment is required
  • whether approval is required before publishing
  • refund conditions
  • what 555 does and does not guarantee

555 may promote a sponsor, but it does not guarantee specific sales, leads, views or business results unless this is clearly stated in writing.

3.2 Influencer / Presenter Promotion Agreement

This agreement is used when a presenter, influencer or content creator promotes a brand, product or service through a 555 channel.

This may include:

  • product mentions
  • product reviews
  • sponsored posts
  • TikTok videos

  • what claims can and cannot be made
  • whether the content must be approved
  • whether the presenter can promote competitors
  • whether the content is paid or sponsored
  • how the content can be reused by 555 or the brand

This agreement helps make sponsored content clear and professional.

4. Marketplace & Brand Agreements

4.1 Marketplace Seller / Brand Agreement

This agreement is used when a brand sells products through a 555 marketplace or channel website.

This may apply to:

  • Beauty Channel products
  • Greek products
  • pet products
  • sports products
  • food products
  • home products
  • baby products
  • health and care products
  • gadgets
  • digital products

This agreement explains:

  • who the seller is
  • what products are being sold
  • who owns the stock
  • who ships the product
  • who handles returns
  • who handles refunds
  • who is responsible for warranties
  • who is responsible for product safety
  • what commission 555 receives
  • when the seller is paid
  • who is responsible for GST and invoices
  • whether 555 can use the product photos, videos and descriptions

This agreement is very important for any marketplace connected to the channel network.

4.2 Brand Collaboration Agreement

This agreement is used when a brand works with 555 in a broader way, not only as a marketplace seller.

A brand collaboration may include:

  • product videos

  • what 555 will provide
  • what the brand must provide
  • campaign dates
  • content rights
  • payment
  • commission
  • approval process
  • product responsibilities
  • cancellation terms

This is useful when the relationship is more than simply listing a product online.

5. Revenue & Financial Agreements

5.1 Revenue Share Agreement

This agreement is used when income is shared between 555 and another person or business.

Revenue may come from:

  • sponsors
  • marketplace sales
  • advertising
  • affiliate commissions
  • product sales
  • YouTube monetisation
  • event income
  • ticket sales
  • courses
  • ebooks
  • digital products
  • subscriptions
  • memberships

This agreement explains:

  • what revenue is being shared
  • what percentage each party receives
  • whether expenses are deducted first
  • whether the split is based on gross revenue or net profit
  • when payments are made
  • what reports are provided
  • what happens with refunds
  • what happens with unpaid invoices
  • what happens if the relationship ends

This agreement is important because not all income is the same.
For example, sponsorship income is different from marketplace sales, and marketplace sales are different from production service fees.

6. Music, Audio & AI Content Agreements

6.1 Music / Audio Licence Agreement

This agreement is used when music, audio, jingles, songs or AI-generated music are used in 555 content.

This may include:

  • intro music
  • show themes
  • background music
  • AI songs
  • voice clone projects

  • who owns the copyright
  • whether the music can be used commercially
  • whether the music can be used on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram
  • whether it can be uploaded to music platforms
  • whether royalties apply
  • whether the music can be reused in future content

This is important because 555 works with video, music, shows, social media and AI-generated content.

7. Website, Privacy & Online Terms

7.1 Website Terms & Conditions

Each 555 website may need its own terms and conditions.

This may apply to:

  • BeautyChannel.com.au
  • GreekChannel.com.au
  • SoccerChannel.com.au
  • future channel websites
  • marketplace websites
  • landing pages
  • campaign pages

The website terms explain:

  • how users can use the website
  • what 555 is responsible for
  • what 555 is not responsible for
  • rules for marketplace purchases
  • rules for online forms
  • rules for offers and promotions
  • intellectual property rules
  • disclaimers
  • limitation of liability

7.2 Privacy Policy

A Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used.

This may include:

  • names
  • emails
  • phone numbers
  • order details
  • enquiry forms
  • newsletter signups
  • customer messages
  • sponsor enquiries
  • producer applications
  • marketplace orders

The Privacy Policy explains:

  • what information is collected
  • why it is collected
  • how it is stored
  • who it may be shared with
  • how people can contact 555 about their information

7.3 Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy

This is needed for marketplace websites and product sales.

It explains:

  • refund rules
  • return rules
  • change-of-mind returns
  • damaged product process
  • shipping responsibility
  • seller responsibility
  • customer support process
  • timing of refunds
  • product warranty process

This is especially important for Beauty Channel and any future product marketplace.

8. Important Difference: Channel vs Studio

The Channel

A channel is a themed media platform.

A channel may include:

  • shows
  • presenters
  • sponsors
  • products
  • interviews
  • online content
  • social media
  • YouTube playlists
  • community engagement
  • marketplace opportunities

A person may be involved in a channel as a:

  • producer
  • presenter
  • sponsor
  • brand
  • seller
  • guest
  • partner
  • advertiser

Channel involvement does not automatically mean free studio work.

The Studio

The studio is the production and digital services business.

The studio provides:

  • filming
  • editing
  • audio
  • graphics
  • websites
  • content creation
  • marketing assets
  • social media support
  • promotion
  • technical setup
  • livestreaming
  • brand development

Studio work has costs because it requires equipment, staff, time, editing, software, planning and delivery.

A person may be a channel partner and still need to pay for studio services, depending on the agreement.

9. Different People, Different Agreements

Every collaboration is different.

A person or business may work with 555 as:

  • a studio client
  • a channel partner
  • a show producer
  • a presenter
  • a sponsor
  • a marketplace seller
  • a brand collaborator
  • a freelancer
  • a contractor
  • a guest
  • an influencer
  • an advertiser

Each role may require a different agreement.

For example:

  • A brand selling products needs a Marketplace Seller Agreement
  • A business paying for ads needs a Sponsor Agreement
  • A presenter hosting a show needs a Producer / Show Host Agreement
  • A person appearing in a video needs a Talent Release Form
  • A partner owning part of a channel needs a Channel Partnership Agreement
  • A client paying for video production needs a Video Production Services Agreement
  • A freelancer editing videos needs a Contractor Agreement

This helps everyone understand their rights, responsibilities, costs and benefits before the work begins.

  • what they are responsible for
  • what costs apply
  • who owns the content
  • how revenue is shared
  • how the studio works
  • how the channel network works
  • what agreement applies to their role

Clear agreements protect everyone and allow each project to grow properly.

12. Final Note

555.com.au is a growing platform with production services, online channels, sponsors, marketplaces and brand opportunities.

Because every collaboration is different, the correct agreement will depend on the type of relationship.

Before starting any project, 555 will confirm whether the person or business is working with us as a:

  • studio client
  • channel partner
  • producer
  • presenter
  • sponsor
  • marketplace seller
  • brand collaborator
  • freelancer
  • guest
  • influencer
  • advertiser

Once the role is clear, the correct agreement can be prepared.
